Hobby India offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transformation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product and negligence on part of the customer.

We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom - made or custom cut items past 5 hours after order placement.

Our manufacturing lead - times average 2 working days from the customer's order date for customized products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from and after dispatch it takes 3-7 for delivery and it depends on area pin codes.
